Executive Biography
Derris Boomer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Boomer Technology Group, Inc. (BTG), a premier IT services and management consulting firm headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey. Derris has a 20+ year career providing technology solutions. His primary focus is on maximizing clients' technology with their workforce. He has led global projects in North America, Europe and Asia, and provides expertise in digital transformation initiatives with AI and Automation.
Prior to founding BTG, Mr. Boomer held key roles at world-class Fortune 500 organizations including IBM, Accenture, Tiffany & Company, and Polo Ralph Lauren. These tenures instilled in him the perseverance, leadership discipline, and technology rigor that continue to define BTG's service delivery model. He earned his undergraduate degree in Management Science from Kean University.
Mr. Boomer's personal formula for client success — "Business Process + People + Technology = Custom Solutions" — drives every engagement. He has presented technology and business strategy at national conferences and industry forums including Penn State Startup Week. His commitment to community is reflected in his personal motto: "Everyone should perform 24 Hours of Community Service annually…at least."
